Tomorrow Training
specialises in helping our clients to develop people skills and capabilities
that will ensure they survive and thrive in today’s business environment.
We do not provide traditional training for traditional companies to
ensure they remain traditional. We are convinced that the emerging business
world needs a new and more sustainable approach to the training and
development of its people.
Karin Wellman and Vicky Solomon, both socio-linguists,
formed Tomorrow Training in 2005 and have worked extensively
with numerous organisations in South Africa.
Tomorrow Training has taken the traditional skill sets and enhanced
them using a wide range of psychological and linguistic frameworks including
Body Language, Group Dynamics, Generational Theory and Communication
Strategies.
In order for us to ensure that our training
has a sustainable impact on our delegates, all of our programmes comprise
of one or more parts of the following theoretical model. We will work
with you to decide which aspects of the model are appropriate to your
particular training needs.

We’re the first to admit that there is an abundance of training out
there for organisations. This is what we like to call traditional skills
training. There are thousands of courses that deal with management skills,
conflict management, selling skills, communication skills, call centre
training, etc.
This is not what we are about.
We strongly believe that in order to change behaviour within the workplace,
you need to change mindsets through a true paradigm shift. We believe
in the benefits of learning through experience rather than theory.
